This tier is typically suited to organisations where people management challenges are increasing, and where managers will benefit from regular HR support*.

Expanded HR advisory support to guide managers and leadership teams on people management matters.
Examples include:
- Advice on employee relations matters
• Guidance on performance and absence management
• Support with people management decisions
• Manager coaching on handling workplace situations
HR Hotline & Manager Access
- HR hotline for management queries
• Line manager access to HR guidance
• Advice available when people challenges arise
This ensures managers have direct access to HR expertise when needed.
HR Systems & Administration
Includes everything within HR Foundations including:
- HR system support
• HR documentation support
• HR administration coordination
Proactive HR Support
- Proactive HR check-ins
• Annual policy and handbook health check
• Access to HR templates and documentation
Manager HR Clinics
Scheduled HR clinic sessions where managers can bring people management questions and receive practical HR guidance.
These sessions help address issues early and strengthen management capability.
What Falls Outside This Tier
Strategic HR services and embedded HR partnership support are not included within this tier.
