What's included in the HR Documentation pack?

The pack covers three types of documentation:

Policies set out your company's position and commitments on a given topic - what you stand for, what is expected, and what employees can expect from you. These are the documents that go into your Employee Handbook and form the backbone of your HR framework.

Processes provide step-by-step guidance on how to handle specific situations - for example, how to manage a disciplinary or grievance, how to run a sickness absence review, or how to handle a flexible working request. These give your managers the confidence to deal with people matters consistently and correctly, every time.

Templates are the ready-to-use documents that sit alongside the policies and processes - letters, forms, scripts and agreements that mean you are never starting from scratch when something comes up.
